Job summary

HiLiving Projects LLP in Chennai (Egmore) is seeking a proactive Pre-sales Executive to engage potential buyers, explain project details, and support the sales lifecycle from inquiry to site visits.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls, drive daily site visits across projects, send timely reports, and follow up with customers via WhatsApp/SMS in a target-driven environment that offers medical insurance, incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales or pre-sales processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Speak to customer calls (Outbound & Inbound) to explain project details.
• Clearing SELL.DO dashboard on daily basis.
• Pushing site visits for all projects to meet monthly/weekly visit targets.
• Reports to be sent daily.
• Post site visit feedback calls; engage customers via WhatsApp/SMS.
