The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and scheduling consultations for the sales team.

The candidate should be aGraduate with Kannada language proficiency and 37 years of experience in Tele Sales, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule client consultations/site visits for the sales team.
• Conduct field visits to residential communities, commercial establishments, events, and business hubs for lead generation.
• Build referral networks and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update leads in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience during the pre-sales stage.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and consultation targets.
