Responsibilities

• Make daily calls to leads provided as per target.
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets.

• Address customer queries promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with Sales to fix appointments for customers.
• Escalate calls to the next level when support is required.
• Suggest products based on customer concerns and pricing details.

• Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc.
