Job summary

Team Computers Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a Presales Consultant (Data Centre) with 3+ years experience. You will engage with customers to design storage and server solutions, prepare BOMs, and present proposals to win deals.

The role requires hands-on familiarity with data center architectures, OS environments (MS, RHEL, AIX), SAN virtualization, replication, tiering, and sizing considerations. You will work with OEM products from IBM, HP, EMC, NetApp, Hitachi, Dell.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of high- and mid-range servers & storage technologies.
• Ability to formulate BoM and right solutions by sizing storage and servers.
• Hands-on experience with DC and DR concepts, scripting, and OEM tools.

• Excellent Knowledge of High and mid range of Servers & Storage Technologies / Architectures/


• Working of Products from OEMs mainly IBM, HP, EMC, Netapp, Hitachi, HP, Dell and IBM. (alteast 2 OEM’s)


• Excellent knowledge of making solution and write-up for Storage and BCP and presenting to customer.


• Hands on exp on DC and DR concepts, workflow, making scripts.


• Have knowledge on Server and Storage operation efficiency management.


• Have capability to formulate the BoM and right solution by doing spacing.


• Have knowledge on Different OS like MS , RHEL , AIX etc.


• Should have Understanding in SAN virtualization, Tiering, clustering, Replication (Snapshot/Snap mirror) ,


• De-duplication .


• Solution architecting on Server , storage in terms of understanding the Processor , RAM , TPS/IOPS, and thereby sizing the storage product..


• Knowledge of SAP Sizing for Servers and Storage.


• Basic Knowledge of Business Continuity and DR Management.


• Configuring tools of the leading Server and Storage OEMs IBM, DELL , EMC , Netapp , Hitachi , HP etc


• Excellent presentation skill
