• Outbound Calling: Call potential SME customers to explain PagarBook's products and services, persuading them to adopt our solutions.
• Lead Generation: Generate promising leads and set up qualified meetings/demos for the field sales team.
• Script Utilization: Follow company-provided sales scripts effectively to set meetings and handle customer objections.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of PagarBooks platform to provide suitable recommendations based on clients' specific business needs.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly targets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language: Fluent Hindi or Marathi is strictly required for daily client interactions.
• Experience: Proven prior experience working as a Telesales Executive, Presales Associate, or Inside Sales Representative.
• Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling approach with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Script Following: Ability to adapt and adhere to provided sales scripts and call workflows.
