Job summary

Zingbus Technology in Gurugram is seeking an Associate - Inside Sales to drive bookings by calling customers, understanding requirements and coordinating with supply/operations to ensure smooth fulfillment.

You will respond to incoming calls and leads, follow up diligently, build a strong pipeline, negotiate to close sales, and maintain accurate lead data while hitting daily targets in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English.
• Experience in inside sales / tele-sales / travel sales preferred.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable with targets and high calling volumes.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
