Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team in Pune. You will manage leads, coordinate property viewings, and ensure accurate property listings across portals.

Responsibilities include listing performance monitoring, regular reporting, and active customer interaction to drive deals from initial contact to closure. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in real estate coordination are preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in a pre-sales or real estate coordination role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with real estate listing platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management & coordination: manage incoming leads, schedule viewings, update CRM records.
• Property listings management: upload/update listings with accurate pricing, descriptions, images, and location details.
• Listing performance monitoring: track views, inquiries, and leads; identify underperforming listings and suggest improvements.
• Reporting & documentation: prepare regular sales performance and lead conversion reports for the team.
• Customer interaction & support: handle queries via phone/email/in person; timely follow-ups; support the sales process through to deal closure.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support our real estate

sales team. This role involves managing leads, coordinating property viewings, maintaining

accurate property listings, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the sales

team. You will also be responsible for monitoring listing performance and preparing sales reports

to aid in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Coordination:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage incoming leads.
• Schedule and confirm property viewings with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.

2. Property Listings Management:

• Upload and update property listings across various real estate portals.
• Ensure accuracy of property information, including pricing, descriptions, images, and location details.

3. Listing Performance Monitoring:

• Track performance of listings, including views, inquiries, and leads generated.
• Identify underperforming listings and suggest improvements.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare regular sales performance and lead conversion reports.
• Provide insights and updates to the sales team and management.

5. Customer Interaction & Support:

• Assist in handling customer queries via phone, email, or in person.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with potential buyers.
• Support the sales process from initial contact to deal closure.

Requirements:
