Signature Dwellings is seeking a proactive Inside Sales professional in Bengaluru to manage inbound inquiries, understand customer requirements, and qualify leads for site visits. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and drive conversions.

The role involves managing inbound enquiries, understanding customer requirements, qualifying leads, and converting qualified prospects into site visits. You will also work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support the overall sales conversion process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound enquiries and understanding customer requirements
• Qualifying leads based on budget, configuration, location, purchase timeline, and other requirements
• Making outbound calls and conducting effective follow-up with prospective customers
• Converting qualified leads into site visits
• Maintaining accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM
• Coordinating with the Sales team for a smooth handover of qualified customers and scheduled site visits
• Following up with customers after site visits to understand their feedback and support the sales conversion process
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and overall conversion
• Achieving individual targets related to calls, qualified leads, site visits, and conversions

Required Skills

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage).
• Industry Expertise: Strong background in real estate pre-sales or inside sales.
