Job summary

Sloc in India is seeking energetic Pre-Sales Executives for its real estate sales team. You will handle leads from multiple channels, make outbound calls, and respond to inquiries while understanding customer budget, location, property requirements, configuration and investment objectives.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are required, with comfort in a high outbound call volume and CRM utilization.

About the Role

• Handle leads received through different marketing channels.
• Make outbound calls and respond to incoming customer enquiries.

• Explain project details including location, configuration, pricing, payment plans, amenities and offers.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine/serious prospects.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Candidate Profile

Freshers: Can apply if they have good communication skills and a strong willingness to work in sales.

Experienced Candidates: 13 years of experience in pre sale, telecalling, inside sales, banking, insurance, hospitality or other customer-facing sales roles preferred.
