Job summary

Kadtech Hr Solutions in Bengaluru seeks a proactive Pre-Sales/Telecalling executive to generate leads and conversions using LeadSquared CRM and telecalling tools. You will initiate outbound calls, qualify leads, perform CNA, and work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with rotational shifts if required.

Job description

• Leverage Tele-calling to generate leads and conversions.
• Work on LeadSquared CRM and telecalling tools like 3CX for day-to-day tasks.
• Initiate outbound calls to existing users for lead generation for trial booking.
• Conducted outbound calls to qualify leads, as well as followed up with reminder calls.
• Conduct a CNA (customer need assessment) for every lead.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Pre-Sales or Telecalling is preferred (min 6 months)
• Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
• Learning mindset and the right attitude to adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage tasks effectively.
• Ability to ask the right questions and qualify a customer's needs.
• Understand the regional nuances of the designated market
• Understanding the Sales metrics and numbers.
