OLBUZ Private Limited is a performance-driven digital marketing company based in Ahmedabad. We are hiring a PPC Team Lead to strategize, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Bing for ecommerce and service-based clients.

The candidate will lead day-to-day operations, mentor junior PPC executives, and collaborate with creative and content teams to maximize ROAS and lead conversions. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns.
• Proven track record in managing e-commerce and service-based campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads, Bing, and remarketing strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and team members simultaneously.
• Google Ads & Meta Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day PPC operations for multiple client accounts (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns for both e-commerce and service-based clients.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Manage and mentor junior PPC executives, guiding them on performance optimization and campaign strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Communicate campaign insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to clients.
