The PPC Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful PPC campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team meets performance targets and objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our clients or company.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Create and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including campaign setup, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to continuously improve PPC strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content marketing, and design, to integrate PPC efforts with overall digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in PPC advertising and recommend innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
