Job summary

EbizON is seeking an experienced Google Ads Project Manager to lead multiple PPC projects in Noida, overseeing planning, strategy, and client communications. The role requires 6+ years of PPC/performance marketing experience and a hands-on approach to Google Ads.

You will coordinate with PPC specialists, designers, and clients to deliver campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube, while tracking ROAS, CPA, and conversions. Flexible timings available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Google Ads, PPC, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Google Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong knowledge of PPC metrics and performance optimization.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Google Ads certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Google Ads/PPC projects from planning to execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance goals.
• Coordinate with PPC specialists, account managers, designers, content teams, developers, and clients.
• Oversee Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and revenue.
• Review campaign strategies and ensure effective optimization and budget allocation.
• Manage project priorities, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, campaign performance, and team productivity.
• Stay updated with Google Ads platform updates, policies, automation, and industry trends.

Job Summary
