Job summary

Vaam Engineering in India is seeking a production planning professional to develop and implement schedules, capacity planning, and MRP to meet delivery targets and optimize workflows.

You will coordinate with procurement, production, quality control, and other teams, monitor processes, manage inventory, and report on order status and costs, driving efficiency and quality.

• Develop and implement production schedules, capacity planning, and material requirements planning (MRP) to meet delivery targets and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, quality control, and other departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials, machinery, and resources.
• Monitor production processes, analyze data for bottlenecks, and implement improvements using ERP systems and lean principles.
• Manage inventory levels, forecast production needs, and prepare reports on order status, costs, and efficiency for management review.
• Liaise between sales, engineering, and shop floor teams to expedite orders, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
