Responsibilities

• Plan production based on capacity, demand, and material availability.
• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing to align production with market needs.
• Optimize schedules to maximize resource utilization and minimize lead times.
• Monitor progress and adherence to schedules.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain from raw materials to delivery.
• Manage inventory and scheduling using MRP principles.
• Coordinate BOM, ECN, and change management.
• Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Role & responsibilities

• Production planning based on capacity, customer requirements, material availability on daily/weekly/monthly.
• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with market trends and customer demand.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to ensure production aligns with market trends and customer requirements.
• Optimize production schedules to maximize resources utilization and minimize lead times.
• Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Oversee the entire supply chain from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery.
• Inventory management and material requirement planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate BOM compilation, ECN & change management.
• Having good experience of inventory planning and control.
• Proficiency in using the SAP system.
• Production planning, capacity utilization cycle time, take time, productivity and OEE.
