Job summary

Sterling Tools (STL) in India is looking for a production planning professional responsible for planning production activities, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role requires coordinating with Stores, Quality, Assembly, and other departments to maintain smooth material flow and productivity.

You will monitor daily and shift plans, manage manpower, control rejections, balance lines, track OEE, and maintain shop floor control, while upholding ISO documentation standards

• Monitor and control daily production planning, shift planning, manpower handling, rejection control, line balancing, OEE, and shop floor control.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to production scheduling and inventory management.
