Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in India seeks an Engineer - Powertrain EPT to lead resolution of critical field issues across vehicle electrical systems, coordinate investigations with Dealer-TEKline-PVT, mobilise suppliers when needed, and validate corrective actions.

You will develop and monitor action plans, benchmark solutions, provide technical capability building for TEKline and dealerships, and ensure sustained improvements to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent in Engineering.
• Strong problem solving and technical analysis skills.
• Functional knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.
• Experience with powertrain, software and infotainment domains is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Resolution of critical field issues across vehicle electrical systems.
• Coordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigations and rapid solutions.
• Mobilise suppliers when required for investigation/solution.
• Validate the effectiveness of solutions and monitor corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans and prevent recurrence through design/process changes.
• Provide technical capability building for TEKline/Dealership teams.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle Electrical systems.
• Co-ordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation of the concerns & providing Quick + Precise solution.
• Co-ordinate & Mobilise suppliers if required for Investigation / solution
• Validation of the solution
• Validate effectiveness of solutions.
• Functional System expertise
• Collaboration with COEs and EL .
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
• Prevent recurrence through design, process, or system improvements.
• Lessons Learnt deployment for the concerns.
• Technical Capability Building lessons to be deployed for TEKline / Dealership
