Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited seeks a senior engineering professional to lead integration of field issue resolutions across vehicle systems. The role requires steering the resolution of concerns and validating corrective actions through road, lab, and bench testing.

Ideal candidates will have 10–15 years in automotive with strong knowledge of Electrical & Electronics, Software & Infotainment, and Power Train, and demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in relevant engineering fields.
• 10–15 years of automotive experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and subsystems.
• Expertise in identifying and diagnosing vehicle concerns.
• Experience across EV/ICE platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Resolve critical field issues across vehicle systems.
• Lead resolution of customer concerns and escalation points.
• Validate solutions through road, lab and bench testing.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
• Prevent recurrence via design/process/system improvements.
• Share lessons learnt across platforms and teams.

Lead COE - Integration Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems.
• Lead the resolution of concerns.
• Validation – responsibility (Road/Lab/Laptop).
• Validate effectiveness of solutions.
• Functional System expertise.
• Collaboration with COEs and EL.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
