Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a seasoned automotive professional to lead field-issue resolutions across vehicle systems in Maharashtra. You will drive corrective actions, validate solutions across road, lab and laptop environments, and ensure recurrence prevention through design and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have BE/B Tech or ME/M Tech with 10–15 years in automotive electrical, software, infotainment or powertrain domains, and strong problem-solving and cross-functional

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in related engineering fields.
• 10–15 years of automotive experience, preferably in electrical/electronics, software, infotainment or powertrain.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems.
• Lead the resolution of concerns across platforms.
• Validation of solutions – Road/Lab/Laptop environments.
• Validate effectiveness of solutions and prevent recurrence through design/process improvements.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans and lessons learnt deployment.
