Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited seeks an experienced Engineer for BIW & Trims CCRG. The role focuses on resolving critical field issues, validating solutions across road, lab and bench tests, and developing corrective action plans.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong problem solving in E/E, software, or powertrain, along with hands-on use of diagnostic tools and data loggers for validation and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Functional knowledge of vehicle systems and ability to identify concerns at vehicle/system level.
• Strong problem solving and technical analysis in E/E, software, or powertrain.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and data loggers for validation and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Resolve critical field issues across vehicle systems.
• Lead the resolution of customer concerns.
• Validation across road, lab and bench (laptop-based).
• Validate effectiveness of solutions.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
• Prevent recurrence through design, process or system improvements.
• Share lessons learned across platforms.
• Build technical capability within the team.
• Benchmarking experience in auto/auto-ancillary industry preferred.
