Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an Engineer - Electrical CCRG to address critical field issues across vehicle electrical systems in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will coordinate with dealers and TEKline-PVT to investigate concerns and provide quick, precise solutions, while mobilizing suppliers when needed for investigation and resolutions.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience and a BE/BTech degree in Electrical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry is preferred.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Resolve critical field issues across vehicle electrical systems.
• Coordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation and rapid solutions.
• Coordinate and mobilize suppliers for investigation and solution as needed.
• Validate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Provide functional system expertise and collaborate with COEs and EL teams.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans and drive lessons learnt deployment.
