Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an experienced Engineer for Powertrain CCRG to resolve critical field issues across vehicle electrical systems. The role requires coordinating with dealers and TEKline-PVT, mobilising suppliers when needed, and validating corrective actions.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of relevant experience in automotive Electrical & Electronics / Power Train, with strong problem solving and diagnostic skills using tools like PicoScope and CAN data loggers.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech with knowledge of vehicle systems.
• Experience in electrical/electronics/software and powertrain.
• Experience benchmarking and problem solving in automotive domains.

Responsibilities

• Resolve critical field issues across vehicle electrical systems.
• Coordinate with dealers and TEKline-PVT for investigation and quick solution.
• Mobilise suppliers for investigation and validation of solutions.
• Validate and monitor effectiveness of solutions.
• Develop corrective action plans and ensure prevention of recurrence.
• Build technical capability and share lessons learnt with TEKline/Dealership.

Engineer - Powertrain CCRG Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Responsibility for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle Electrical systems.
• Co-ordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation of the concerns & providing Quick + Precise solution.
• Co-ordinate & Mobilise suppliers if required for Investigation / solution
• Validation of the solution
• Validate effectiveness of solutions.
• Functional System expertise
• Collaboration with COEs and EL .
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans.
• Prevent recurrence through design, process, or system improvements.
• Lessons Learnt deployment for the concerns.
• Technical Capability Building lessons to be deployed for TEKline / Dealership
• Benchmarking Experience 5-10 Years Industry Preferred Auto / Auto Ancillary - Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train Profile Keywords : Technical Support / Service / QRT / PVT / Validation
