Job summary

OZiva in Mumbai is seeking a data analytics professional to develop Power BI dashboards, MIS reports and business trackers. You will analyze sales, marketing, e-commerce and inventory data to drive actionable insights and improve decision making.

You will automate recurring reporting, ensure data quality across sources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL and Advanced Excel.
• Strong data modelling, visualization, KPI tracking and reporting automation.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage dashboards and analytics projects.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance trackers.
• Analyze sales, revenue, marketing, e-commerce, inventory, and other business data to generate actionable insights.
• Automate recurring MIS and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Work with multiple data sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Present key insights, trends, and performance gaps to senior management.
• Lead analytics projects and guide junior MIS/analytics team members.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, visualization, KPI tracking, and reporting automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage dashboards, MIS, and analytics projects.

Preferred:

• Experience in D2C, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce.
• Knowledge of metrics such as GMV, ROAS, CAC, AOV, contribution margin, inventory turns, and sell-through.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Python.
