Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a skilled MIS Analyst to prepare and automate reports, validate data from multiple sources, and maintain dashboards across departments. You will monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, SQL knowledge, and attention to detail to ensure data integrity and timely reporting across sales, customer support, marketing, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel with Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.
• Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret business data and present insights in a simple and actionable manner.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple reporting requirements and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and operational reporting systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management and business teams.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, SQL, or other reporting tools.
• Monitor business KPIs and provide performance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Create operational dashboards for sales, customer support, marketing, finance, and other functional teams.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with respective teams for timely correction.
• Generate ad hoc reports and analytical summaries based on management requirements.
• Maintain and update master databases, user records, and operational trackers.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Support process automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts.
• Analyze trends, productivity, and operational performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and reporting processes.
• Train junior MIS executives on reporting standards, formulas, dashboards, and data validation processes.
• Continuously improve reporting efficiency and dashboard usability.
