Job summary

Clirnet Services seeks an experienced MIS professional to build and automate reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy across multiple sources. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SQL, and related tools is essential to drive insights for management and business teams.

You will monitor KPIs, support strategic decisions, and collaborate with sales, support, marketing, and finance to deliver timely, high-quality reporting while mentoring junior MIS executives.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables, Power Query and Power Pivot
• Proficient in Power BI or similar BI tools
• Solid SQL knowledge and database concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to data accuracy and detail
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and deadlines
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP reporting systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain automated reports using Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, SQL, or other tools.

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, advanced formulas, dashboards, and automation).
• Strong knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools.
• Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret business data and present insights in a simple and actionable manner.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
