Job summary

Lactalis India is seeking a Power BI Dashboard Developer to build and maintain dashboards for Sales Analytics, MIS reporting, and BI insights.

The role requires transforming large datasets into interactive dashboards, integrating ERP/CRM/SAP data, and delivering executive-ready reports. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, IT, and business heads is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, or related discipline.
• Power BI Certification (PL-300) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for Sales, Distribution, KPI tracking.
• Create automated dashboards for Sales Performance, Target vs Achievement, Territory Performance, and Distributor Analysis.
• Develop data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
• Connect and integrate data from Excel, ERP, CRM, SAP, or other systems.
• Automate manual reporting processes via Power BI and Power Query.
• Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare executive dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and Business Heads to gather requirements.

Desired Profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Power BI Dashboard Development, Sales Analytics, MIS Reporting, and Business Intelligence.
• Strong experience in transforming large datasets into interactive dashboards and actionable business insights.
• Experience supporting Sales, Trade Marketing, Distribution, or FMCG business teams preferred.

• Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for Sales, Distribution, Secondary Sales, Primary Sales, and KPI tracking.
• Create automated dashboards for:

  • Outlet Coverage and Growth Tracking
• Develop data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
