Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a proactive MIS Analyst to generate reports and dashboards as an individual contributor. You will manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, R2R and FP&A) and deliver insights to improve operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills, and excellent communication in a multi-cultural team environment. Join us to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with a strong educational background.
• Proficiency in different Reporting tools. Preference to MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills to work cooperatively and constructively in a multi-cultural team environment

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and dashboards as an individual contributor.
• Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, R2R and FP&A).
• Ability to process reports from the CRM and showcase results.
• Highlight performance gaps and create dashboards that will enable decision making and process changes in Operations.
• MIS reporting by using Advance Excel, Power BI & VBA (Macro) at Operational.
• Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of the SLAs, KPIs and Operational Processes on time as per client requirements.
• Deliver end products maintaining quick turnaround times and highest quality standards.
• Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies in generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management

Job Description
