Yes Bank Ltd. in Bareilly is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth in the assigned geography and lead a team of sales officers to achieve revenue targets.

You will train staff, coordinate with branch leaders, and ensure effective product explanations, with a focus on expanding cross-sell opportunities and maintaining detailed activity records.

• Graduate in any discipline from an authorised institution with relevant work experience.
• Written and spoken English is essential.

• Responsible for increasing business in the assigned geography /cluster
• Participate in meetings with branch leaders and training branch staff/reportees regarding product benefits and features.
• Connect to customers, understand needs, provide closures..
• Complete understanding of product, process, pricing, subvention, guidelines etc.
• Hire, train and motivate sales officers to improve their productivity and revenue.
• Ensure coordination with team for sales, activation and service TATs
• Create cross sell opportunities of other products.
• Effectively use productivity tool for lead management and record all meetings /activities/ trainings with the branch team.
