Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for SPMs, industrial automation, weighing systems, and batching applications.
• Design and develop HMI and SCADA applications for machine operation, monitoring, alarms, and diagnostics.
• Configure and integrate servo drives, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication networks.
• Develop machine sequences, motion control logic, safety interlocks, weighing logic, and batching process automation.
• Perform FAT, SAT, machine commissioning, and customer support.
• Troubleshoot automation systems during installation, production, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with application, mechanical, and electrical design engineers for seamless project execution.
• Prepare technical documentation, software backups, commissioning reports, and user manuals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer with 35 years of hands‑on experience in Industrial Automation, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Weighing Systems, and Batching Systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, servo integration, and machine commissioning, with the ability to independently execute automation projects from development through customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for SPMs, Industrial Automation, Weighing Systems, and Batching Applications.
• Design and develop HMI and SCADA applications for machine operation, monitoring, alarms, and diagnostics.
• Configure and integrate Servo Drives, VFDs, Sensors, Actuators, and Industrial Communication Networks.
• Develop machine sequences, motion control logic, safety interlocks, weighing logic, and batching process automation.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), machine commissioning, and customer support.
• Troubleshoot automation systems during installation, production, and after‑sales support.
• Coordinate with Application Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers, and Electrical Design Engineers for seamless project execution.
• Prepare technical documentation, software backups, commissioning reports, and user manuals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
