Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial automation and machine automation projects. You will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, testing, debugging, and onsite commissioning.

Minimum 2+ years of experience and a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering are required.

Job Summary

We are looking for a PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with hands‑on experience in industrial automation and machine automation projects. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, testing, debugging, and onsite commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer automation requirements and functional specifications.
• Develop and modify PLC programs.
• Design and develop HMI screens and SCADA applications.
• Perform program testing, debugging, and machine trials.
• Support FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams.
• Provide onsite commissioning support at customer locations.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Knowledge of HMI and SCADA.
• Understanding of sensors, actuators, machine automation, and industrial communication.
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Ability to develop and implement machine automation logic.

Preferred Skills

• PLC experience with Siemens, Festo, Panasonic, or Delta.
• Knowledge of Servo Motors & Motion Control.
• Knowledge of Profinet and Modbus protocols.
