This is a full-time, on-site PLC Programmer role based in the Pune. The PLC Programmer will design, develop, and implement PLC programs for aqueous parts cleaning systems, including configuration of I/O, logic, interlocks, and safety functions. Responsibilities include creating and updating HMI screens, integrating sensors, actuators, robots, and other field devices, and supporting commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of machines at the shop floor and customer sites. The role involves collaborating closely with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to understand system requirements, refine control strategies, and improve cycle times and reliability. The PLC Programmer will also maintain documentation such as logic diagrams, wiring details, operation manuals, and will provide training and technical support to operations and service teams.
