• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day plant operations.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure smooth plant functioning.
• Plan and monitor daily dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, and transport teams.
• Ensure timely loading and dispatch of products as per customer requirements.
• Manage plant manpower, shifts, and daily workforce allocation.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and material movement.
• Maintain proper records of production, dispatch, stock, and vehicles.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of products.
• Monitor plant equipment and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety and operational procedures.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular plant and dispatch reports for management.
