Job summary

Primary Healthtech in Noida is seeking an experienced Inventory & Dispatch professional to manage raw material, SFG & FG inventory, and ensure accurate stock control.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Tally, Zoho, Tranzact), familiarity with ISO 13485 and strong coordination across Production, QA/QC, Procurement and Logistics teams.

You will coordinate with courier partners, prepare dispatch documents, and maintain logs to guarantee on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material, SFG & FG inventory including inward, storage, movement and stock control.
• Handle GRN, ERP entries, stock reconciliation and reorder planning.
• Manage batch/lot traceability, expiry control and FIFO/FEFO for reagents and consumables.
• Manage FG dispatch, logistics coordination and shipment tracking as per production and sales requirements.
• Coordinate with courier/transporters for pickup, shipment tracking and timely delivery.
• Ensure proper device packaging, labelling, packing standards and transit protection.
• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists and dispatch documents.
• Maintain dispatch records, shipment status and POD for complete traceability.

• Good MS Excel, documentation, communication skills and Ability to coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Procurement and Logistics teams.
