Job summary

EaseBiz FinTech Solutions LLP seeks a Dispatch Executive to manage end-to-end dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. You will coordinate with warehouse, transporters, sales, and accounts to resolve issues and maintain records in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in dispatch/logistics, with ERP/Tally/SAP experience and strong organizational skills. This role focuses on reliable delivery, documentation accuracy, and cross-team cooperation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Graduate preferred.
• Experience in timber, construction material, building material, hardware, furniture, or related industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP/Tally/SAP or other inventory and dispatch software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations from order confirmation to delivery.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for material availability, picking, packing, and loading.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and logistics partners for vehicle placement and timely dispatch.
• Track dispatched materials and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Maintain proper records of all dispatches, deliveries, pending orders, and returned materials.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding customer orders, billing, and dispatch requirements.
• Verify quantity, product details, and documentation before dispatch.
• Handle issues related to delayed deliveries, shortages, damages, or transportation and coordinate for resolution.
• Prepare daily and weekly dispatch MIS and reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of dispatch records.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics requirements.
• Follow up with customers and transporters regarding delivery status and obtain proof of delivery (POD).
