Job summary

Blue Star in India seeks a field-installation and dealer-training coordinator to organize training programs on planning and installation for new dealers, ensuring profitability and timely completion of major projects. The role involves visits to dealer sites to maintain installation quality and to train dealer teams on new products.

Additional responsibilities include preparing cost variance reports, issuing work orders, handling documentation and billing, and providing feedback for product

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE Mech required.
• Experience range: 3 years to 8 years.

• Maintain profitability as per costing furnished by sales team.
• Handle major projects and complete within agreed timelines.
• Visit dealer jobs periodically and maintain installation quality.
• Train and develop dealer team on all new products introduced.
• Maintain good PR with key customers during installation and collect satisfaction letters.
• Provide cost variance reports for major jobs executed.
• Release timely work orders to dealers on NAD / key customer jobs.
• Submit necessary documentation and bills to customers and facilitate timely collection.
• Feedback on product quality to Product Managers for improvements.
• Support channel partners with spares during pre-commissioning failures.
• Prepare pre-commissioning failure reports to Quality / Factory and get necessary credits.

Provide the necessary cost variance reports for all major jobs executed
Release timely work orders to dealers on NAD / Key customer jobs
Submit necessary documentations and bills to customers and facilitate timely collection
Furnish continuous feedback on the product quality to the Product Managers and contribute for improvement
Support Channel Partners with necessary spares during the pre commissioning failures
Prepare pre commissioning failure reports to Quality / Factory and get necessary credit to branch
Claim timely insurance on damaged machines delivered at warehouse/sites and follow up for necessary settlement
Ensure to get credits for spares issues during pre-commissioning failure from factory
Ensure there are no escalations, in case of any escalations resolve the same at earliest
