Job summary

Adecco India in Pune seeks a Field Service Support after Installation to assist with lifts, machine installation, generators and battery installations. The role focuses on timely service calls, on-site support, and training of installation contractors.

You will handle RCA-based issue resolution, after-sales activities, warranty closures, and drive spare/AMC leads in the region. Strong communication and field skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Experience in spare parts and AMC management.
• Site handling and field service experience.
• RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA knowledge.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
• CRM, SAP and Microsoft proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Timely execution of service calls.
• Timely response and updating project status to HO and customers.
• Customer complaint resolution with closure and RCA.
• KSP – conducting installation, troubleshooting, and spares selection training for contractors.
• Regional after-sales business aligned to KRAs.
• Closure of warranty and non-warranty tickets within on-time delivery (OTD).
• Conduct performance audits/campaigns for supplied products.
• Conversion of spares/AMC leads into orders.
• Achieve targeted after-sales business aligned to organizational goals.
• Minimize QAR and cost of poor quality (FOC supply).
• Conduct product awareness seminars.

We are hiring Service Support after Installation for Pune location.

FIELD VISIT(MALE CANDIDATES ONLY)

Looking for candidates from lifts, machine installation, generators installation, batteries Industry.

Role & responsibilities

• Timely execution of service calls
• Timely response & Updating and project status to HO, Customers
• Customer complaint resolution with Closure with RCA.
• KSP (Knowledge sharing Programme)- Conducting Installation / Trouble Shooting / Spares Selection training to SHPL / SP/ CP / Authorized Installation contractors.
• Regional After Sales Business as per KRA
• Closure of Warranty and Non-Warranty Tickets with in OTD
• Conducting the Performance Audit / Campaign for the supplied products
• Conversion of Spares / AMC Leads into order conversion.
• Achieve the Targeted after Sales Business inline to the organization goals.
• Minimize the QAR, Cost of Poor quality (FOC Supply)
• Conduct Product awareness seminars

Evaluation on process audit for the existing SP (Service partners) / AIC (Authorised Installation Contractor).
