Job summary

Blue Star in Chennai district, India, is seeking a Training & Installation Coordinator to organize training programs for new dealers and oversee major projects from planning to completion. The role requires coordinating with sales to maintain profitability and ensuring installation quality and dealer development of new products.

You will build strong relationships with key customers, generate timely cost variance reports, and manage documentation, invoicing, and collections.

Responsibilities

• Organize training programs on Planning and Installation for all new dealers.
• Maintain profitability as per costing furnished by sales team.
• Handle all major projects and complete within agreed timelines.
• Visit dealer jobs periodically and maintain installation quality as per standards.
• Train and develop dealer team on new products introduced.
• Maintain good PR with key customers during installation and collect satisfaction letters.
• Provide cost variance reports for major jobs executed.
• Release timely work orders to dealers on NAD/Key customer jobs.
• Submit necessary documents and bills to customers and facilitate timely collection.
• Furnish feedback on product quality to Product Managers for improvement.
• Support Channel Partners with spares during pre-commissioning failures.
• Prepare pre-commissioning failure reports to Quality/Factory and get credits to branch.
• Claim insurance on damaged machines and follow up for settlement.
• Ensure credits for spares issues during pre-commissioning failure from factory.
• Resolve escalations at earliest.

Ensure to get credits for spares issues during pre-commissioning failure from factory
Ensure there are no escalations, in case of any escalations resolve the same at earliest
