Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 5-7+ years of experience and hands-on use of Primavera P6 or MS Project. Delhi location is required, with notice period of 10-15 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-7+ years of planning experience in construction.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, milestones, and calendars.
• Monitor progress and update schedules regularly.
• Analyze schedule variances and identify critical activities.
• Track productivity and progress against planned targets.
• Prepare histograms for manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Participate in project review meetings.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain planning records and project documentation.

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones, and project calendars.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Analyze schedule variances and identify critical activities.
• Track productivity and progress against planned targets.
• Prepare manpower, material, equipment, and resource histograms.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Participate in project review meetings.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education:

Industrial Projects:
