Job summary

Galacon Infrastructure And Projects is seeking a capable Project Scheduler to manage detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will develop baselines, monitor progress, and drive on-time delivery through close coordination with site engineers, PMs, contractors, and consultants.

The role requires strong scheduling skills, good analytical ability, and experience in tracking progress, reporting, and coordinating multiple teams to meet milestones in civil construction projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Develop project baseline schedules, work programs, and execution plans.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays or deviations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely execution.
• Track project activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
• Prepare S-Curves, Progress Curves, and Look-Ahead Schedules.
• Analyze project delays and assist in preparing recovery plans and revised schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and update schedules based on actual site progress.
• Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards for project monitoring.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Assist in quantity tracking, billing progress, and reconciliation of planned vs. actual quantities.
