Job summary

Fact Personnel is seeking a capable Project Scheduler to prepare and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. The role involves developing WBS, baselines, milestones, and activity plans, and tracking progress through regular reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong MS Excel skills, basic AutoCAD knowledge, and exposure to real estate or building construction projects. This on-site position requires coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with generating schedules, baselines, milestones, and activity plans.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Develop WBS, baseline schedules, milestones, and activity plans.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly progress and prepare DPR, WPR & MPR.
• Conduct site visits and verify actual progress against planned schedules.
• Monitor manpower, resources, and material availability.
• Identify delays, analyze critical paths, and recommend recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, contractors, procurement, and logistics.
• Prepare MOMs and follow up on action points.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good planning, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in real estate/building construction preferred.
