Job summary

Krishe in Telangana seeks a skilled Planning Engineer to lead baseline programmes, WBS and activity logic for large-scale EPC projects. Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project and advanced Excel is required for progress tracking and earned value analysis.

You will coordinate with site teams, contracts, QS and procurement, and prepare dashboards and claims support to help deliver projects on schedule.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain baseline programme (L1L3), WBS, and activity logic with resource and cost loading
• Roll out micro-schedules: 3-month look-ahead, weekly plan vs actual, daily slippage tracking
• Track physical progress against plan, compute earned value / % completion, and flag deviations with recovery plans
• Quantity take-off from drawings for planning purposes; tie quantities to schedule activities
• Coordinate with site, contracts, QS and procurement to align material/manpower requirement schedules with the programme
• Prepare DPR, WPR, MPR and MIS dashboards for management review
• Raise and track RFIs, drawing requirement schedules, and hold points that threaten the critical path
• Support contractor billing verification by validating claimed progress against actual
• Delay analysis and documentation for EOT claims / contractor accountability

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech Civil (or Diploma with proportionally more experience)
• 35 years in planning, at least 2 in residential high-rise or large-scale EPC
• Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project; advanced Excel — pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic
• AutoCAD for drawing reading and take-off; BBS reading ability
• Working knowledge of RCC and finishing sequences, shuttering cycles, slab cycle planning
• Good-to-have
• MS Power BI or Google Sheets/Apps Script for dashboards and automation
• Exposure to ERP-based progress and billing systems
• Understanding of FIDIC/standard contract clauses relating to time, EOT and LD
• Experience with infrastructure packages (roads, UG services), not just buildings
