Job summary

APCC in Bangalore, India, is seeking an experienced construction planning professional to develop and maintain master, baseline, tower-wise and floor-wise schedules using Primavera P6, monitor RCC, Mivan, Finishing and MEP activities, and track progress against plans.

The role requires 8–10 years in large-scale construction, strong scheduling, monitoring and reporting skills, and excellent coordination with project teams, subcontractors and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction planning.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain Master, Baseline, Tower-wise & Floor-wise schedules in P6.
• Plan & monitor RCC, Mivan, Finishing & MEP activities.
• Track Planned vs Actual, Critical Path & Productivity.
• Prepare Look-Ahead, S-Curve, MIS & Progress Reports.
• Delay Analysis, Recovery Planning & Milestone Monitoring.
• Coordinate with Execution, QA/QC, QS, & Subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and construction programs.
• Track project progress against planned schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and other departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor project delays and prepare recovery/action plans.
• Handle Primavera P6 / MS Project and other planning tools.
• Support project execution, resource planning, and coordination.
• Ensure timely completion of project activities as per approved -schedules.
