Job summary

SIP Projects Pvt. Ltd. in Jamnagar, Gujarat is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to lead planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple project sites. The role requires coordinating with clients, site teams, consultants, and management to ensure timely project delivery.

The candidate will prepare detailed schedules, monitor progress, and generate regular MIS reports, while tracking delays and developing recovery plans as needed. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, monitoring and coordination.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or PMC projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules and work programs.
• Monitor progress and ensure activities follow the approved schedule.
• Update project schedules using planning software.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and site engineers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Track delays and prepare recovery plans as needed.
• Coordinate drawings, technical requirements and construction activities.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and resources as per project needs.
• Assist management with planning, forecasting and progress analysis.
• Prepare presentations, MIS reports and planning documentation.

Job Description

SIP Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Planning Engineer to manage planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination activities across multiple project sites.

The candidate should have strong experience in project planning and execution, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, site teams, consultants, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and work programs.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per the approved schedule.
• Prepare and update project schedules using planning software.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and site engineers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Track project delays and prepare recovery plans where required.
• Coordinate drawings, technical requirements, and construction activities with the concerned teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources as per project requirements.
• Assist management with project planning, forecasting, and progress analysis.
• Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and planning-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple projects and site activities.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
