B M Controtech Pvt Ltd in Vadodara is seeking a Project Coordinator to conduct site visits for project monitoring and coordination. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and 2–6 years of experience in relevant fields like Water Supply and Infrastructure Projects.

This role requires strong skills in MS Excel and Office, along with good communication abilities. Experience with project management tools such as Primavera is a plus. The position is onsite and offers full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in planning, PMC, or execution coordination.
• Experience in Water Supply, UGD, Pipeline, STP, WTP, or Infrastructure Projects preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is mandatory.

Responsabilités

Conduct regular site visits for project monitoring and PMC activitiesReview project progress against approved schedules and milestonesCoordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and ContractorsTrack Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR)Track delays, execution bottlenecks, and pending approvalsAssist in project scheduling, resource planning, and work sequencingMonitor manpower deployment, machinery utilization, and material availabilityVerify physical progress at site and maintain accurate reporting recordsSupport Head Office management with MIS reports, presentations, and project dashboards.Follow up on drawings, approvals, billing status, and execution activitiesEnsure proper communication flow between Head Office and site teamsParticipate in project review meetings and coordination discussions
