Job summary

L&T Technology Services in Bengaluru invites a seasoned Physical Design Lead with 8+ years of experience to own end-to-end PnR flows from netlist to GDS-II. You will drive floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and timing closure, and lead signoff checks like FEV, VCLP and EMIR within a robust standard flow.

The role requires scripting skills and familiarity with DSM technologies, including TSMC 5nm or below, working closely with design teams to meet schedule and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of physical design / PnR experience
• Proficient in end-to-end flows from netlist to GDS-II
• Experience with signoff tools and timing closure

Responsibilities

• Lead IP/Block level PnR activities from netlist to GDS-II
• Drive floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing and STA
• Ensure adherence to PnR signoff checks and scripting-enabled flows

• IP/Block level PnR activities from Netlist to GDS-II.


• Good knowledge of all PnR activities like Floor-planning, Placement, CTS, Routing, Timing closure(STA), signoff checks like FEV, VCLP, EMIR and PV.


• Knowledge of industry stanrd E tools (Synops, Cadence, Mentor)


• Worked on DSM technologies, tsmc 5nm and below experience preferred.


• Knowledge of scripting skills.


• Minimum Experience : 8+
