Job summary

Bitsilica is seeking a Senior Physical Design Engineer for Hyderabad with 7–10+ years of hands-on, block- and subsystem-level PD experience on the latest process nodes.

You will own the PD flow from synthesis to sign-off, focusing on timing closure, low power, and multi-voltage domains, while mentoring a technical team to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in block and subsystem-level physical design implementation.
• Deep knowledge of the physical design flow, including synthesis, floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, and sign-off.
• Expertise in specific areas like timing closure, low-power design and multi-voltage domains.
• Experience in sign-off closure with timing, power integrity and physical verification.
• Lead and mentor team members and provide technical guidance for complex issues.
