Select Source International in Indore is seeking a Pharma Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent within pharma and non-IT sectors, coordinating end-to-end recruitment and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Pharma or Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry roles and hiring practices.
• Experience sourcing candidates using CB, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharma and non-IT positions including R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial roles.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening, preliminary interviews, and skill assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/database.
