Job summary

UltraTech Cement is seeking an instrumentation maintenance engineer to ensure reliability of instrumentation systems across the Raw Mill Circuit. You will maintain weigh feeders, belt scales, field instruments, analyzers, and control loops to support continuous production.

Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, monitoring PLC/SCADA/VFD health, coordinating with Operations, Mechanical, and Process teams during shutdowns, and ensuring safety and compliance with plant

• Ensure smooth operation of weigh feeders, belt scales, field instruments, analyzers, and control loops.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and production losses.

• Identify abnormalities, raise SAP notifications, ensure timely closure of maintenance activities.
