Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a Maintenance Planner in Karnataka to manage maintenance budgets, schedule preventive programs, and coordinate with vendors. You will monitor costs, optimize parts inventory, and generate MIS insights for continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP EAM/PM, strong planning skills, and safety compliance. Cement industry exposure is a plus; on-site role in Karnataka with cross-functional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Budget Planning & Cost Control: Prepare annual and monthly maintenance budgets.
• Budget Planning & Cost Control: Monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
• Budget Planning & Cost Control: Implement cost optimization initiatives without affecting equipment reliability.
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop maintenance schedules aligned with SAM PM standards.
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Ensure compliance and effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs.
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Monitor execution and improve maintenance performance.
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Coordinate technical discussions with vendors and OEMs.
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Resolve technical queries and ensure timely procurement support.
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Monitor vendor performance and delivery commitments.
• Inventory Management & Compliance: Maintain optimum inventory levels of critical spares.
