Personal Assistant to Director

Job Purpose
Seeking a trustworthy, organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director across official, business and personal matters. The role requires confidentiality, maturity, flexibility and excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Directors calendar, meetings, appointments, calls, emails and WhatsApp communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Prepare emails, letters, presentations, reports, agendas, MOMs and MIS/status updates.
- Track and follow up on instructions, action points, deadlines and commitments.
- Manage domestic/international travel, including flights, hotels, transport, visas and itineraries.
- Handle personal appointments, bookings, errands, bills and service-provider coordination.
- Coordinate with drivers, household staff and other personal service providers when required.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with complete discretion.
- Assist with business reviews, presentations and special projects.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5-10 years experience as PA/EA/Secretary to a Director, MD or Promoter.
- Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Manufacturing or similar industries preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Email and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, presentable, flexible and willing to travel locally when required.
